Learning Objectives and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Assist the product support team with daily operations, including monitoring systems/ services, validating job processes, and maintenance issues.
* Taking notes during meetings and working with team members to draft new SOP documentation
* Assisting with problem resolution regarding internal services. This includes working with other departments.
Projects/Opportunities
* Working with Oracle databases (sql), Java programming, Version Control (git), and CI/CD practices, monitor tools such as Data Dog, and Jira for issue tracking.
* Developing problem-solving and communication skills that are vital to working with fast pace and dynamic teams.
* Learn how to troubleshoot and debug varied software issue.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
* High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program
* Experience or familiarity with basic Java programming and software development principles
* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Energetic and willing to be part of the team
