Responsible for creating first-class onsite group experiences. Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned groups from check-in through check-out.

• Create first class onsite groups experiences through coordination of all onsite activities for assigned groups from check in through check out
• Proactively identify assigned groups needs through effective pre-arrival communication and coordination with the group sales coordinator
• Work closely with group sales coordinators, front desk, food and beverage, activities, snow sports, family adventure park, and Waterpark departments to ensure a seamless guest experience throughout their stay
• Represent the resort at offsite groups related functions as needed
• Work directly with third-party venues to ensure excellent groups functions
• Complete special projects as assigned
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
• Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and approved driving record

• Knowledge of event planning or group booking experience
• Experience in the hospitality industry
