A fast-growing manufacturing company with over 10 years of success and $375 million in revenue is seeking a data-driven FP&A Analyst to partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to turn insights into action.
Financial Analyst Responsibilities- Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close analysis (P&L, cash flow, variances)
- Build KPI dashboards and financial models
- Partner cross-functionally on sales analytics, pricing, CAPEX, and operational performance
- Leverage ERP and BI tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- 3+ years financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
