Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial plans to help clients understand where they are today and map where they want to go tomorrow.
- Provide ongoing financial tools, resources, and support to help clients reach their goals.
- Build and maintain personalized, trusted relationships with clients.
- Engage in training and mentoring until you are ready to operate independently.
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree from a four-year college or university is preferred; strong interpersonal skills, grit, motivation, and being a self-starter are valued.
- Ability to connect with people and build personal, trusted relationships.
- Interest in financial planning and a driven, goal-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a primarily commission-based role with potential for higher earnings.
This career is primarily commission based but also includes stipends and bonuses. It allows you to control what you would want to earn at any given time in your career. To give you an idea, our financial professionals are making on average about $60,000 in their first year, and there is potential for much more.
