The Breeze is hiring a Breeze TV Sports Director to lead the weekly newscast’s sports coverage on Breeze TV and the website for the 2026-27 academic year. The student will anchor the sports block, coordinate video coverage, and provide leadership on the report staff. Position begins April 1, 2026, with training during weeks after spring break and requires campus presence two weeks prior to the fall semester.
Responsibilities- Anchor the sports block
- Coordinate sports video coverage for The Breeze website and the weekly show
- Cover sports for The Breeze website and the weekly show
- Broadcast abilities, including on-air presence and ability to report under deadline
- Ability to lead a team
- News judgment
- Ability to meet deadlines
Students must be degree‑seeking, enrolled on at least a half‑time basis (6 credits for undergraduates, 5 for graduates). E‑Verify:
