Position: Vendors and Records Management Specialist (Part-Time)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Maintain accurate vendor data collection and vendor table maintenance
  • Scan documents into an electronic filing system for easy retrieval
  • Run reports and ensure data accuracy in a timely manner
  • Provide professional and courteous service to internal and external customers
  • Uphold confidentiality of financial and personal data in accordance with university policy
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information and detailed work with accuracy
  • Availability to work up to 29 hours per week during normal business hours
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with databases and data entry
  • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities
  • Knowledge of accounting concepts and business processes
  • Previous office experience
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology applications
