Position SummaryFloating PRN Receptionist – $13.75 - $16.87 per hour. This floating PRN Receptionist position is responsible for completing front desk operations at assigned locations throughout the VMRC campus. This position serves as a receptionist to staff, residents, family members, and/or guests entering the designated area.
Responsibilities- Answering the telephone, greeting and assisting visitors and residents, as well as performing administrative support duties for the assigned location.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred with the ability to complete basic clerical tasks.
- Possess computer experience with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Possess a command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service using a friendly, outgoing, and customer-service-oriented approach in person and by telephone.
- Ability to work closely with the senior population in a calm, cooperative, respectful, and professional manner.
- Ability to be highly organized, maintain a high level of accuracy, and be detail-focused.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
