Aircraft Ground Handler

bop Aero Services provides ownership programs and solutions for a fleet of Cirrus Aircraft.

This is an on-site role located in Harrison, OH at Cincinnati West Airport, for an Aircraft Ground Handler. The Aircraft Ground Handler will be responsible for ensuring the seamless and safe movement of aircraft on the ground. Daily tasks include marshalling aircraft, loading and unloading baggage, performing safety inspections, refueling, and coordinating with pilots, aircraft owners, and other team members to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires adherence to safety protocols and effective communication with the team.

• Knowledge and experience in aircraft handling processes, including marshalling, loading/unloading, and refueling
• Familiarity with safety procedures and adherence to aviation regulations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with aircraft owners and pilots
• Physical stamina and ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Ability to operate ground service equipment, such as tugs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in ground handling are a plus
• Experience in an aviation environment is beneficial
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
