Welcome and engage residents living in our Gallery Apartments as well as their families and guests;
Respond to all special requests for Gallery residents such as light shopping, running personal errands, retrieving mail, and securing reservations and/or event tickets;
Arrange and serve a continental breakfast, light snacks, and beverages to Gallery residents and their guests;
Promote programs and events that are taking place at the community;
Coordinate with all departments to confirm the care, maintenance, housekeeping and dining needs of the residents are met in a timely and efficient manner
