Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Harrison, New York. In this contract role, you will play a key part in maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction by assisting with inquiries, processing orders, and managing inbound calls. Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone or other communication channels.

- Process and manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide updates as needed.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.

- Deliver exceptional service by addressing complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Follow established protocols and procedures to handle customer requests effectively.

- Monitor and report any recurring issues or trends to improve service quality.

- Educate customers on available products and services to meet their needs.

- Adhere to company policies and standards while interacting with clients. Requirements - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is essential.

- Proficiency in order entry systems and managing customer accounts.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling inquiries and complaints.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with inbound call handling and related technologies.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

- Proven problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
