Priority Group Services, a leading NJ homecare provider, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a vital role in assisting patients with daily living activities and promoting their well‑being in the comfort of their homes.

What you'll do:
  • Deliver professional nursing care following established care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor and assess the patient’s health, including vital signs and respiratory status.
  • Provide mobility support and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing and grooming.
  • Collaborate with the patient’s family and healthcare team to create and implement personalized care plans.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided.
The Ideal Candidate :
  • Licensed Professional:
    Current LPN licensure in New Jersey.
  • Experienced Caregiver:
    At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Compassionate Communicator:
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team Player:
    Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Patient‑Centered: A genuine passion for improving the lives of others.
  • Knowledge and experience in handling a ventilator is a plus!
