Assistant Store Manager

You’re part of the leadership group responsible for impacting the coaching and inspiration of the team in your store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help develop great team members and actively seek tomorrow’s leaders. You’ll perform a majority of the store work, including providing customer service, processing cash and credit transactions, and responsibly selling alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products.

Open availability is a must, as you’ll be in the store on different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• High School diploma or equivalent (college credits not required but helpful)
• At least one year of related retail experience
• Interactive leadership style with engaging customer service skills
• Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Minimum age 18
