Assistant Manager (09622) – 900 Hwy. 62-65 North About the Job
You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
Additional duties include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image, adherence to standards, delivering great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability.

Qualifications- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredientsимого from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Orientation and training provided on the job.
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
- Arithmetic:
Add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used). - Make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise rapid movements.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
- In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas.
- Exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Deliver product by car to customer door.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Access to an insured vehicle used for delivery.
- Standing:
Most tasks performed from a standing position, walking for short distances. - Sitting:
Paperwork normally completed at a desk or table. - Lifting:
Bulk deliveries up to 50 lbs, unloading with hand truck; stacking up to 72 high. - Carrying:
Large cans (~3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (~30 lbs), trays of dough (~12 lbs each, 3 per trip). - Pushing:
Trays on dollies require up to 7.5 lbs force. - Climbing:
Occasionally navigate stairs or a ladder for maintenance. - Stooping/Bending:
Forward bending at waist for assembly station; requires endurance. - Crouching/Squatting:
Occasional to stock shelves and clean low areas. - Reaching:
Continuous up, down, forward to reach above 72 inches or downwards for tasks. - Hand Tasks:
Eye‑hand coordination; use forearms and wrists for pizza dough; manipulate pizza peel, cutting այնտեղ tools, cardboard boxes.
