Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) — EMS

Make a difference on every call. As an EMT with NARMC EMS, you’ll assess, treat, and transport patients, maintain equipment readiness, and partner closely with paramedics, dispatch, and hospital teams.

Determine patient condition, provide appropriate emergency care, and transport when necessary; maintain professional preparedness and documentation.

• Comply with EMS protocols; work under pressure with minimal supervision and sound judgment.
• Maintain supplies/equipment; use radios and paging systems correctly; follow dispatch protocols.
• Mentor students and new hires; promote cooperative relationships with agencies.

Required

• Arkansas EMT license; valid Class D driver’s license; BLS; bi-annual EMT recertification.

Preferred

• National Registry (NREMT).

• Full-time; rotating 24/7 schedule including weekends/holidays.
