Position Overview
Provide analysis and assistance in planning and organizing projects that impact or enhance the department.
EssentialJob Duties / Responsibilities
- Participate in multiple programs or projects to deliver prompt solutions to critical business problems with limited oversight and direction
- Monitor all department schedules so as to ensure that projects are completed on or before projected completion dates
- Collect and analyze all necessary data including financial and performance indicators, for resolution of problems, issues and concerns
- Analyze organizational, functional, team and/or project needs to provide recommendations including return on investment, and cost-benefit analysis leading to successful strategies and execution plans
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
- Perform other duties as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent experience plus three (3) years’ experience in project management, business/financial planning and analysis or systems design/development
- Experience in developing, implementing and maintaining systems
- Experience in use of project management/planning software
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills
- Strong human relations and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to;
Word, Excel, and Outlook - Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Must be able to travel
