We are looking for dynamic, fun-loving, high-energy individuals who want to become part of the most exciting new industry of social recreational sports. We are determined to make this attraction an AWESOME experience for our customers.

No axe throwing experience necessary. But if you are an individual who enjoys recreational sports, team sports, fitness training, outdoor sports, teaching, or coaching.

Summary of Position:

Axe Throwing Coach is an individual who is outgoing, positive, enthusiastic and wants to share our passion for axe throwing and social events by facilitating and ensuring that every guest enjoys a safe and unforgettable experience.

• Ensure that all procedures, equipment needs, and safety protocols are met consistently.
• Teach customers in proper throwing techniques so they learn how to throw to the best of their ability to have a safe and unforgettable experience.
• Ensure the facility, lanes and equipment are always event-ready and the sessions are flowing smoothly.
• Be the face of Union Social and represent our brand and passion for social sports.
• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service always.
• Proactively seeking out and solving guest conflicts quickly and courteously. Engage in guest recovery process when needed.
• Help create a team environment, encourages others at every opportunity.
