Aiming to have a great job? Bullseye!!! Train to be an Axe Throwing Coach. This role offers the chance to have serious fun while building a career in the social recreational sports industry. No axe throwing experience is necessary; we can teach you the ropes. If you enjoy recreational, team, fitness, outdoor sports, teaching, or coaching, this may be for you.

Axe Throwing Coach is an outgoing, positive, enthusiastic individual who wants to share our passion for axe throwing and social events by facilitating and ensuring that every guest enjoys a safe and unforgettable experience.

• Ensure that all procedures, equipment needs, and safety protocols are met consistently.
• Teach customers proper throwing techniques so they learn how to throw safely and have an unforgettable experience.
• Ensure the facility, lanes and equipment are always event-ready and the sessions are flowing smoothly.
• Be the face of Union Social and represent our brand and passion for social sports.
• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service always.
• Proactively seek out and resolve guest conflicts quickly and courteously; engage in guest recovery when needed.
• Help create a team environment and encourage others at every opportunity.
