Assistant Concessions Supervisor

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Experience: None.

Physical Requirements: Eye-hand, mind-eye coordination, physical dexterity, the ability to bend, stoop, walk, talk, and sit. Some lifting up to 30 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.

Other Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in organization, public relations, and time management. Ability to perform basic math computations.

• Responsible for the management and operations of concessions.
• Supervises the concessions staff.
• Coordinates concessions schedule with Activities Director.
• Works with various student organizations in working concessions for fundraising opportunities.
• Demonstrates fiscal responsibility.
• Works with Activities Director in budget, requisitioning, and pricing.
• Responsible for ordering, stocking, and inventorying concessions products and supplies.
• Responsible for preparing, maintaining, and cleaning all concessions areas before, during, and following events.
• Responsible for the accurate calculations of profit.
• Turns all money bags in to Activities Director following events.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the Trust & Agency Account.
• Completes paperwork as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
