Viva Senior Living - - - Responsibilities:
Provide meals and beverages to residents in the dining room and is responsible for the total resident experience.;
Set up and clean the dining room for meal service and other prep/closing duties.;
Notify medical staff immediately on any medical emergency or change in eating habits.;
Work closely in a team setting with Food and Beverage Director, Dining Room Supervisor, Cooks, and nursing staff to assist when needed.;
Follow community policies and procedures regarding safety standards and food sanitation.
