Viva Senior Living -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide meals and beverages to residents in the dining room and is responsible for the total resident experience.;
Involves independent and team responsibilities regarding set-up and clean-up of the dining room for meal service and other prep/closing duties.;
Take attendance at meals, if assigned;
Offer residents beverages prior to meal;
Ensure condiments;
Prepare dining room for meal service.;
Serve resident meal in courses as often as possible and ensure resident is satisfied with presentation; inform kitchen of resident concerns.;
Work closely in a team setting with Food and Beverage Director, Dining Room Supervisor, Cooks, and nursing to assist when needed; follow safety and sanitation policies.
