- Lead delivery of complex analytics initiatives (e.g., carrier performance, routing adherence, lead times, temperature excursions) with accountability for accuracy, consistency, and adoption.
- Define and govern business rules, KPI logic, and master data alignment to ensure repeatable, enterprise‑grade analytics outputs.

- Lead cross‑functional initiatives involving internal teams and external vendors, managing priorities, dependencies, and trade‑offs.
- Develop solutions to high‑complexity problems by interpreting PGS strategies and establishing actionable priorities that improve logistics performance.
- Identify and apply emerging analytics and AI capabilities where they deliver clear operational value, exercising sound judgment and risk awareness.
- Directly lead and develop skilled technical and analytical professionals, fostering accountability, engagement, and continuous capability growth.
- Coach, mentor, and support succession planning in line with Pfizer’s Collective Talent Management approach.
- Measure success through both individual performance and team outcomes, consistent with Senior Manager expectations.
