- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive impactful business solutions
- Partner with Product Owners and operational stakeholders to define and prioritize system enhancements across ERP and CRM platforms
- Facilitate communication across departments to identify potential process changes impacting financial transactions and reporting
- Gather and document requirements for system improvements and create user stories with acceptance criteria
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and develop comprehensive test plans that align with business requirements
- Independently analyze data to identify trends and propose process optimizations
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a business-related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within an IT or Business Systems function
- Experience supporting enterprise ERP and CRM ecosystems in high-volume transactional environments
- Solid research, analysis, and problem-solving skills with a history of translating complex business needs into technical specifications
- Experience documenting system integration requirements and mapping data flows between SaaS applications
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or comparable certifications
- Experience working with Agile Methodologies and best practices
- Background in the K–12 education industry
- Master’s degree in computer science or MBA
