Seeking a motivated and skilled application software developer to assist in the accessibility compliance efforts and ongoing maintenance and support of existing systems.

• Knowledgeable in XML
• Knowledgeable in SQL Server Reporting Services
• Knowledgeable in SQL Server database

The individual selected for this role will be responsible for the following:

• Working with the project team to analyze and interpret user requirements and propose solutions.
• Leading the development effort.
• Experience with HTML and style sheets as it relates to accessibility functionality and compliance
• Designing and programming user interface, business layer, database layer and reporting components to meet user requirements.
• Proposing database designs for approval by the database administrators.
• Assisting with data migration from existing databases.
• Programming using Microsoft , ASP.Net, JavaScript, XML, SQL Server Reporting Services, and SQL Server database.
• Using the Visual Studio development platform.
• Following various established coding and database standards.
• Using Azure Dev Ops for source code control, manage work items, manage testing activities and documentation versioning.
• Estimating time required for development of to fulfill requirements.
• Reporting status of work to the project manager.
• Conducting adequate unit and regression testing for all developed code and resolving any bugs.
• Presenting complex technical constructs to non-technical users.
• Documenting, mentoring, and providing knowledge transfer to IT staff as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
