• Provide oversight for projects across the practice, ensuring project needs are met and risks are minimized
• Support the RFP response process and lead large sales engagements from a delivery perspective
• Recruit, develop, and manage a diverse remote team of consultants focused on Workday applications
• Mentor and coach team members, analyzing their skills for appropriate project staffing
• Drive performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback collection for team members

• 15+ years of Workday (or other ERP) consulting or client-side experience
• Proven experience leading a virtual and/or diverse team
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within and across teams to achieve goals
• Exceptional detail orientation and decisiveness in fast-paced environments
• Experience in sales engagement, including estimating and presenting to prospects

• Experience in managing teams that support Workday applications
• Familiarity with performance management processes and methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge of the Cynergy Implementation Methodology
