Viva Senior Living - - - Responsibilities:
Supervise and care for residents daily according to the work list and assignment;
Provide assistance with activities of daily living per resident Care Plan (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, etc.);
Observe and record assistance with prescribed medications;
Report changes in resident condition to supervisor and communicate to the next shift;
Assist in dining room and provide meals assistance as needed
