Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager who will be responsible for the coordination and successful completion of projects and programs. The candidate will oversee all aspects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress. They will prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the projects and programs.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate and complete projects and programs efficiently.

* Oversee all aspects of projects/programs, from inception to completion.

* Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project/program progress.

* Prepare comprehensive reports for upper management on project/program status.

* Lead and direct the work of team members.

* Utilize creativity and judgment to plan and accomplish project goals.

* Report on-site activities to the blue badge construction manager.

* Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

* Manage new builds, renovations, and expansions of Fulfillment Centers across the US.

Essential Skills

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a comparable field.

* At least 5 years of experience in a related discipline such as Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.

* 5 years of project management experience from the design phase through implementation and operation.

* 5 years of experience in negotiating construction, procurement, and labor contracts.

* Familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM, and scheduling software such as Primavera or MS Project.

* Experience in project coordination and site development.

Skills & Qualifications

* Experience with in the construction industry, including General Contracting, Owner's Representation, Commercial Development, Engineering & Design, or similar.

* Success in communicating project requirements to various audiences.

* Experience in facilities management or similar roles, including planning, design review, implementation, and project management/control of new structures and existing buildings.

* Program management of concurrent projects.

* Project Management accreditation (PMP or similar).

Work Environment

This position requires someone to be on-site in Tremont, PA, 3 days a week.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
