Position: DEPARTMENT CLERK 3 CAA
Dauphin County Domestic Relations is currently accepting applications for the full-time, day shift position Department Clerk 3 - Appeals. The employee is responsible for performing a wide variety of clerical and support services pertaining to the Appeals Court process and Early Intervention Program (EIP). This role requires the utilization of the Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement System (PACSES) to manage and track support cases.

Provide administrative support in scheduling Appeals Court, preparing Appeal Court lists; mailing notices/orders; attending court proceedings; preparing orders; EIP case management; and communicating and interacting with clients, other agencies, and the public. Ensures adherence to court protocol and applicable legal standards prescribed by Federal, State and local laws, rules and regulations.

EDUCTATION/TRAINING:

High School Diploma or equivalent and

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience working in a professional office environment, proficient in the use of computer technology, experience in the operation of civil court proceedings, and experience in the operation of general office machines.

The starting hourly rate is $17.32/$36,025 annually.
