The Bureau of Motor Vehicles is hiring a Clerical Assistant 2 to provide clerical support within the Snowmobile and All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Registration Unit. If you are energetic, efficient, and detail oriented, this may be perfect for you.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The Clerical Assistant 2 in this position will be responsible for processing all applications for titles and/or registrations for Snowmobiles and ATVs received by the Commonwealth. All applications must be reviewed and any errors corrected prior to processing. You will process check payments which accompany applications, and print and reconcile dealer reports which are received daily.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
* Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week.
* Work hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday-Friday, with a 1-hour lunch.
* Telework:
You will not have the option to telework in this position.
* Salary:
Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $36,108 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
* Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
* Graduation from high school; or
* An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
* You must be able to perform essential job functions.
