About the Retail Sales Representative position
We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service while selling furniture and help grow our business. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.
Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.

Part Time Retail Sales Representative responsibilities- Greeting customers
- Answering phones
- Keeping the store clean and neat
- Providing information about products/services
- Informing customers about sales/discounts
- Communicating precisely with customers
- Ability to work alone
- Experience as a Sales Representative
- Proven record of attendance and punctuality
- Effective communication skills
- People person nature
- Experience in the furniture industry is a plus but not required
- Monday Noon-6pm
- Tuesday Noon-6pm
- Every other Saturday Noon-5pm
(Hours could be flexible)
Compensation- $12 - $15 per hour
- Plus commission
