Food​/Consumables Team Associate

Shift options: 8:00am – 11:00am or 1:00pm – 4:00pm

Food and Consumable associates are focused on taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.

• Work in our deli – front lines of customer service; smile can make the difference between a good and great shopping experience.
• Work in our bakery – help customers celebrate special moments while decorating cakes.
• Work in the dry grocery department – ensure customers find the items they are looking for.
• Perform detailed cleaning of shelves and department.
• Check and maintain temperature control, verify dates, and dispose of lesser quality food products.

• Help customers find the products they are looking for.
• Ensure high quality products are available in produce, deli, bakery, dairy, meat and other departments.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food.
• Assist customers in ordering cakes, fulfilling deli orders or finding the right produce.
• Keep area clean, sanitized and customer‑ready.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
