All representatives are cross-trained in marketing and sales through events, promotions, product launches and demonstrations. Valley Surge Marketing Group's focus is to grow the territory and promote representatives from within to aid in the territory management and training of future business partners.

Valley Surge Marketing is looking for candidates with experience in the retail and customer service industries to fill a customer service and sales associate position. We are actively seeking candidates with retail experience due to their ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication skills. The position is in a fun team environment within our retail partners' locations.

This position involves responsibilities in:

• Entry-level to management
• Heavy customer service
• Face to face presentations

Job Requirements:

We are looking for candidate to represent the following:

• Experience working in marketing, sales, customer service, brand promotions, or retail
• Ability to work weekends and a full 40 hour work week
• Passion for brand promotions
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure.
• Outgoing personality and able to interact with a variety of consumers
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment and ability to manage multiple campaigns
