Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £13.80 per hour

What will you be doing:

• Day to day maintenance on the building, services, equipment and grounds.
• Assisting in upholding the company’s health and safety, emergency, and fire policies and procedures.
• Maintain the home is a safe and efficient order.
• Respond to any maintenance queries as quickly as possible.

What you need to succeed:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Full UK Driving Licence (applicants must be over the age of 25 years old) will be expected to drive a minibus on occassion
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
