. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to thrive in a friendly, supportive, and high-performing team.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of client processes — from preparing reports and managing meetings to liaising with clients, providers, and advisers — helping deliver exceptional financial planning support.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare client documents, review packs, and reports
- Manage adviser diaries and client review meetings
- Process Letters of Authority and maintain accurate records in iO
- Liaise with clients and providers professionally and efficiently
- Ensure compliance and client data are up to date
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in iO and Microsoft Office
- Team-focused, proactive, and client-driven
