Reach Forklift Driver Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Operative – Harlow, London, UK

Grafters Recruit require Warehouse Operatives for our client in Harlow, to work on either day or night shifts. You will need previous experience in a warehouse environment and operating PPT & Reach Forklift.

This role requires physically fit individuals, as items can be heavy. Safety boots and Hi‑VIZ clothing are mandatory.

• 40–48 hour working week
• Pay Rates £13.45
• Shift is day/pm rotate 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00
• Reporting to the warehouse supervisor
• Working in a team environment in a safe manner, adhering to site Health & Safety regulations and Safe Systems of Work
• Loading vehicles for customer deliveries
• Ensuring quality is of the highest standards and all stock is handled with care so it arrives at customers in perfect condition
• Operating Mechanical Handling Equipment and Reach FLT
• Checking picked stock and assembling loads prior to dispatch
• Ensuring high standards are met in line with Ikea’s quality processes
• A range of duties to support operational efficiency and general housekeeping and hygiene standards of the warehouse and site
