Stock Controller

This Stock Controller position will be based at GXO Logistics in Harlow (CM19 5TD
). It is a full‑time, permanent role, requiring 37.5 hours per week. Shift patterns are Tuesday‑Saturday 09:00‑17:30 and Sunday‑Thursday 09:00‑17:30
.

• Daily checks, updates and monitoring of stock levels on spreadsheets via Excel
• Perform cycle counts and investigations in Bin Locations
• Compile daily inventory reports and resolve discrepancies
• Investigate discrepancies via system transaction history
• Perform corrections in the system
• Excel skills essential

• Excellent communication, both verbal and written
• Active listening and influencing skills with the ability to deal with challenging issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and WMS
