Coinford is recruiting Skilled Ground workers with strong experience in internal and external drainage, foundations, concrete works, road formation, and block & beam
. This is a long‑term opportunity for reliable operatives to work on major projects with a leading groundworks contractor.

• Read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Carry out internal & external drainage, including concrete, clay, and plastic pipes (all sizes)
• Confident use of pipe lasers
• Set up and work with trench boxes, drag boxes, and manhole boxes
• Complete manhole benching, trench back filling, and groundwater management
• Experience in foundations, concrete works, and block & beam
• Deliver road formation and associated external works
• Work safely around live services using service‑avoidance techniques
• Carry out daily plant and equipment safety checks

• CPCS / NPORS tickets
• 5+ years’ experience in skilled groundworks
• Experienced gangs or teams welcome
