The working pattern would either be:

• Friday to Monday: 6:00am - 5:15pm or
• Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:15pm (Mon-Thurs) & 8:00am - 4:00pm (Fri)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join a fast-paced operation in Harlow. Youll oversee the daily running of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strong team performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and confident in managing people and processes.

• Lead and motivate a warehouse team to meet daily targets
• Oversee order preparation and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Manage goods in processes and accurate stock recordings
• Handle returns in line with company procedures
• Maintain high standards of stock control
• Monitor and manage time and attendance
• Coordinate holiday and sickness cover
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment
• Support continuous improvement across warehouse operations

• Experience in a team leader or supervisory role within a warehouse
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Good understanding of warehouse processes (dispatch, goods in, stock control, returns)
• Positive, hands-on leadership style
• Able to work to KPIs and operational deadlines
