Senior Care Assistant

• We are looking for a Senior Healthcare assistant to join our team covering Harlow,Halstead, Saffron Walden area
• You will need a current full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Mileage is paid for at 25p per mile.
• Ability to commute/relocate:
• (Essex, East of England Region): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Provide personal care, administer medical,social and health care in an outstanding manor.

Promote independence where appropriate and support end of life service users towards achieving a good death.

Helping service users maintain dignity, by respecting individual choices and caring in a manner individually pertinent to them.

Be supportive towards colleagues andhandle compliments and complaints in a professional manor and in accordance with company procedure.

Promote effective and confidential communication relating to service users whilst ensuring accurate and timely recording and documenting of relevant information.
