Overview
Contribute actively as Finance Business Partner to the local site management team to share business performance, financial insights, support decision making, strategy, business development and drive any other business improvement projects as necessary.
Establish strong procedures to monitor in-month production and variance material cost development.
Responsible for all aspects of the site controlling month-end/year-end activities such as product costing, cost analyses, provision calculation for missing costs, inventory valuation.
Prepare monthly business reports as well as ad-hoc reports and analyses, deriving actionable recommendations.
Lead Forecast & Budget activities within the site management team.
Oversee annual physical inventory and analyze ongoing inventory discrepancies.
Provide financials for Capital Investment Projects.
Analyze, document, and harmonize internal processes.
Participate in projects and take on project leadership for national and international initiatives.

- Educational foundation:
Completed degree in business administration or equivalent commercial qualification with professional experience - Professional expertise:
Proven experience in controlling, ideally within a manufacturing company in the chemical industry - Language & IT skills:
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken and strong knowledge of SAP and MS Office - Analytical excellence:
Advanced analytical skills and ability to turn complex data into actionable insights - Proven leadership:
