The Role:
Supporting pupils in Reception or KS1
, both 1:1 and in small groupsAssisting the class teacher with daily learning activities
Supporting early phonics, literacy, and numeracy development
Helping children with emotional regulation, routines, and transitions
Creating a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
Experience working with EYFS or KS1 pupils
A warm, patient, and encouraging approach
Confident supporting children with additional needs (SEN experience desirable)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for helping young learners grow in confidence
A supportive and friendly staff team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
