Randstad Education is seeking SEND Learning Support Assistants to work across our partner schools in Harlow.

• Diverse Support: Work with students across the SEND spectrum, including ASD (Autism), ADHD, and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health).

  Assist students in mainstream classrooms to ensure they can follow the curriculum alongside their peers.
• Skill Building: Run small intervention groups focused on developing social communication and life skills.
• Progress Tracking: Collaborate with the SENCO to record achievements and help students meet the targets set out in their EHCPs.

• Background: Experience in education, care, social work, or community coaching is highly valued.
• Character: You should be patient, resilient, and possess a "can-do" attitude.
• Commitment: A passion for helping young people in the Harlow area achieve their potential.
• DBS: Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
• Flexibility: Since Harlow covers a wide area, having access to a vehicle is beneficial, though many schools are accessible via local rail links.
