• Plan and deliver high-quality, creative Maths lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel confident to tackle complex problems.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with department colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum.
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and adhere to school safeguarding policies.

• Qualifications: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Subject Knowledge: A strong degree in Mathematics or a related STEM subject.
• Experience: Proven experience teaching Maths within a UK secondary school setting.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and staff.
• Reliability: A professional approach to work and a genuine desire to make a difference in Harlow's local community.
