We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Electrician to join our team and teach Level 3 Electrical Apprenticeships. You'll play a vital role in preparing learners for successful careers in the building services industry. You don't need a teaching qualification to apply – just a passion for sharing your knowledge. We'll support you to gain your teaching qualification at no cost while you work with us (
** subject to a training agreement).

What you’ll do
  • Deliver high‑quality training to Level 3 electrical apprentices
  • Share your real‑world experience to help learners succeed
  • Shape tomorrow's workforce with your expertise
What we’re looking for
  • A qualified Electrician with recent industry experience
  • Enthusiasm for developing others and passing on your skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, flexible approach
