GSL Education are looking for enthusiastic Nursery Assistants to support a range of day nurseries across Harlow and the wider Essex area on a flexible supply basis.

Whether you’re looking for steady long term work, short term cover, or the occasional ad hoc day, we can offer roles that suit you—with no pressure, no minimum hours, and complete control over your schedule.

Supporting babies, toddlers, and preschool children in their daily routines.

Assisting with activities, play, learning, and outdoor time.

Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for all children.

Working closely with nursery staff to deliver high-quality childcare.

Bringing energy, positivity, and warmth to every setting you visit.

Recent experience working with children (nursery, preschool, nannying, or similar).

A caring, reliable, and hands‑on approach.

Ability to adapt to different nursery environments.

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable – but not essential for the right experience.
