We offer circa £45,000–£50,000 basic salary plus company car and benefits. The successful candidate will be based in the Harlow, Chelmsford, Cambridge, Enfield, London, Stevenage or Peterborough area.

• Recruitment and team management of direct labour and subcontractors; inspire, motivate, build rapport, and identify training needs.
• Financial and operational management: monitor resources, maintain efficiency, achieve KPIs and lead times, and manage all costs including expenses, products, equipment, tools, hotel and travel expenses, and overtime payments.
• Oversee individual performance reviews, develop personal development plans (PDPs), and hold regular team meetings and toolbox talks.
• Ensure all installations meet quality standards, company policies, procedures, and industry regulatory requirements.
• Oversee stock control and conduct stock takes, ensuring the team has correct stock to complete jobs successfully first time.
• Lead health & safety and compliance: audits, risk assessments, accident investigations, and method statements.
• Represent client at Annual NIC/EIC assessments to uphold electrical compliance.
• Manage client contracts within the defined area, attend pre‑start and review meetings, and act as point of contact for complaints.

• Experienced electrician with a valid 18th Edition certification.
• NVQ Level 3 Electro Technical Services qualification or equivalent.
• Effective communicator who builds rapport and inspires others.
• Experience managing a territory‑based engineering team.
• IOSH or SSSTS certification is advantageous.
