Een zorgorganisatie in Harlingen zoekt een Helpende Plus / cliëntondersteuner. Je biedt ondersteuning aan cliënten in hun thuissituatie en zorgt voor hun welzijn. Belangrijke taken zijn onder andere lichamelijke verzorging, het organiseren van welzijnsactiviteiten en huishoudelijke taken. Daarnaast is het belangrijk om veranderingen bij cliënten te signaleren. Een diploma Helpende Plus en een eigen auto zijn vereist. De functie biedt goede arbeidsvoorwaarden en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden.
