This post requires a valid driver’s license and Level III Armed Certification. You will represent an agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and leads with integrity.

• Provide customer service to clients, team members, and shoppers while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Carry and maintain authorized duty weapon and related equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, applicable laws, and post orders, including completing required inspections and documentation.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, providing assistance, coordinating with management and/or law enforcement, and documenting actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, back‑of‑house areas, and exterior perimeter to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry points, loading areas, and other controlled spaces, verify credentials as required, observe for suspicious behavior, and complete detailed reports on hazards, incidents, and unusual activity.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Level III Armed Certification is required for Texas only.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
