Essential Duties- Assist Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members
- Assist with coordinating the day‑to‑day workflow of Team Members in the operation; support team by providing direction
- Assist the Store Leader with employment actions, including discipline and termination of Team Members in accordance with company policy
- Monitor the store’s level of performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency
- Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies
- Enforce the proper use of sales pitches with the Team
- Maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Planning & Organizing:
Maximize car volume and build customer loyalty through a best‑in‑class guest experience - Business Acumen:
Partner with Store Leader to analyze reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions - Inspiring Others:
Motivate and inspire the team through Quick Quack Car Wash’s core values (Smart, Kind & Driven) - Execution:
Communicate standards of Quick Quack Car Wash and monitor outcomes to ensure adherence to company‑wide policies and procedures - Delegation & Empowerment:
Provide clear expectations, involve others in developing plans, and hold Team Members accountable to customer service standards - Selecting Talent:
Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is always staffed to meet business needs - Building Talent:
Develop team for outstanding service and prepare for future growth - Coaching:
Provide ongoing performance feedback through real‑time coaching, 1‑on‑1s, and individual development plans - Decision Making:
Seek data from multiple sources to identify opportunities and make rapid, well‑informed decisions to improve results
Eligibility for this role requires a clean driving record; no major moving violations or serious preventable accidents within the last 3–5 years. Must have a current Driver’s License (not suspended or expired).
