This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Registered Nurse at our Harlingen, TX location. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, monitor patient conditions, and document medical information accurately. You will collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to create and implement care plans, educate patients and their families, and ensure adherence to clinical standards and safety protocols.
You will actively participate in assessments, treatments, and interventions, while maintaining a compassionate and professional approach to patient care.
- Strong clinical skills including assessment, monitoring, and administration of medications and treatments
- Proficient in patient care planning, documentation, and medical record management
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education abilities
- Ability to handle stressful situations and respond effectively in emergency scenarios
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Experience in acute care or specialty care settings is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
