- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state where the clinician will practice.
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification (hands‑on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining after hire if necessary.
- TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
- Not currently accepting new graduate nurses; 6 months hands‑on experience required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
